This is a simple one. All sites cost a one time fee of $1,000; this includes custom design, search engine optimization, and hosting is only $5 per month. We decided to make pricing super straightforward and honest. We don't want to nickel and dime you by adding on a bunch of services. We don't change the price according to the size of your business - it's all very simple. For all the information about our pricing, check out the pricing page.

Also we know home builders are VERY busy (we know because we are in the family of a home builder). If you decide you'd like us to maintain and update your site, we would be happy to do that. Our rate is only $60/hr.

It seems today that when we see something so cheap, we think it must be too good to be true. We have specifically priced our services for local home builders. We know we could price our services higher, or charge individually for each of our services (like many companies do). However, we wanted to make it affordable for the local home builder. We really wanted to make it possible to have a $5,000 site for 1/5th of the price.

You bet! We make sure your site is setup and optimized for search. Also, during our phone consultation we will provide you with tips to making your website updates optimized as well. We understand it's not enough anymore to just have a site, but you must have a site that people can find. We use the same setup techniques to optimize your site for mobile phones as well! We make sure your text, pictures, documents, and videos (seriously everything) are visible for search engines and phones.

An internet connection - that's it! Our sites are built on Wordpress which is a powerful online content management system. We will provide you with a url, username and password to update your site online. We can also keep your site updated with the latest updates and you don't ever have to install anything. We like it when things are simple.

Absolutely NOT! With every site we start from scratch to come up with a design that matches your company and style. We'll use your logo and colors. You tell us what you want. We'll certainly provide our expert opinion, but we want you to have a site that reflects you.

If you want to change the look of your site at some point in the future, feel free to. It does take some work on our end to update the look of your site. We'll charge you at our hourly rate of $60, but we'll let you know up front exactly what it will cost based on the extent of changes you want. Keep in mind that we're not just switching templates. Each site is a custom design.

If you don't have a domain name, we can still start building your site. We can set it up on a temporary domain until yours is all setup. If you aren't sure how to purchase a domain, we can work with you to get that purchased and setup. Domains are very inexpensive and typically only cost $10-$15 a year.

The time it takes to get your site up can vary. The timing mostly depends on how long it takes to get any necessary assets from you and for you to approve the design. Once we have all the necessary assets (logo, fonts, etc.) and you've approved a design, we'll typically have your site up within one week (5-7 business days).
